Accelometers and vibration sensors
Reliable and affordable basic accelometers are designed for standard condition monitoring. These accelometers are suitable for most portable data collectors and online systems. Most used models sensitivity is 100 mV/g and they can be ordered as top or side connector.
Special accelometers
Special accelometers are used in places were normal accelometers cannot be used.

Connection boxes and mounting hardware
Permanent mounting makes route measurements easier and faster. With permanent mounted sensors it is also possible to measure machinery that is not normally accessible. 2 - 8 channel connection boxes are suitable for individual machines. In large system 8 to 48 channel connection, cable reduction or measurement boxes are more cost-effective. Special tool for sensor mounting makes the installation faster and more accurate.

Protection systems
Machinery protection from high vibration can in many cases be made with simple online monitoring. Signal conditioner is constantly monitoring the vibration level of the machinery. With signal conditioner vibration is transformed into mA's or voltages which is then wired to automation system. Direct relays for machinery rundown are also possible.
